Question Updated to 2.5 and now I have no device profiles to choose from.

What happened to all the device profiles for me to choose from? I attempt to edit a device but can't apply changes because it tells me I need to choose a device profile. Look in the drop down list and nothing shows.

This is also the case when I try to pre-transcode files. I get something telling me I need to choose formats but no formats show when I click on the options to choose them.

    PLEASE HELP!!!

If there are no device profiles, perhaps the DeviceProfiles folder has been delete or moved. Please check if it exists and has files in it - to find its location see this thread: http://forum.conceiva.com/showthread...ofiles-located

Did installation of 2.5 go through ok, without any errors/warnings?

It did complete with no errors, but I do not see the DeviceProfiles folder anymore. It was all there before the update.

Very strange - I haven't heard of this happening before.

Please try re-installing and see if that puts the DeviceProfiles folder back.

What version did you update from?
