Unhappy Mezzmo doesn't Delete Transcoded Files

Trying to delete transcoded files. Initially trascoded files used about 49GB after delete 28GB remain. I have rebooted and deleted again several times. 28GB remains. Using file explorer I confirm there are 28GB of transcoded files. Why won't Mezzmo delete them?

Second, "View Transcoded Files" is of little help. Mezzmo codes the names so I can't match the transcoded file to the original media file. How do I match the transcoded file to the original media file? So I can determine which transcoded media is not being deleted.

It's possible that those files were locked and tagged to be deleted later, but for some reason that failed. You restarted Mezzmo several times, right? Transcoded files marked for future deletion should be cleared out when Mezzmo starts.

Can you please find your MezzmoTranscode.db file (let me know if you need help finding it) and send it to support?

There is no way to automatically match a file to the encoded filename, but if feel comfortable browsing databases, then the encoded files contain the ID of the original file, so it's possible to match them back. In a future version we'll provide a more user-friendly way of doing this.

I needed the space so I simply deleted the 28 GB from the file explorer. Then rebooted & restarted everything. Last night I watched a movie I knew needed transcoding. Today, again, I cannot delete the trascoded files; about 2 GB. I have rebooted, stopped and restarted Mezzmo and nothing allows me to delete the files through Mezzmo. I will send the Mezzmo Transcode.db to support. BYW this started after upgrading recently.
