Default How does one fix aspect ratio of song images when playing on my TV?

I hate posting questions like this because I'm sure they've been answered somewhere, but I've spent at least 3 hours now looking through the forums and trying every possible combination in Mezzmo itself and different sized images when tagging my mp3 files....

    So ya....
I have a 46" Sony w/Google TV and use Mezzmo to stream movies/music files from my computer. Everything works great except when I play music files the vertical aspect ratio of the images is increased to where they are way too big to fit on the screen.
I'm currently using Tag & Rename to tag my Mp3s. I've tried multiple different sizes of images, even creating some with borders to see if only the border gets pushed off the screen. I've gone under device settings and tried changing the performance settings which I'm pretty sure has nothing to do with this. Same thing with tools/options/browsing files area. And yes, I'm updating the library after each change to see what effect they've had.
    Any help would be appreciated.
    Thanks in advance,
    T.

To change a thumbnail's size you'd need to do a few things:

    1) go to Options dialog, select Streaming page and change the thumbnail size there
    2) after that you need to open the device profile file (e.g. "SonyGoogleTV.prf") located in your DeviceProfiles folder (see this thread for its location: http://forum.conceiva.com/showthread...ofiles-located) in a text editor
    3) in the device profile find "JPEG_TN" and update "width" and "height" there to a new size
    4) stop the server, shut down Mezzmo, then run Mezzmo and start the server
    5) go to Transcoding Settings dialog, click "View Transcoded Files", go into each folder there and delete the "Thumbnails" subfolders, so that they are re-generated
    6) run Maintenance with "Update information about media files" selected with "Music files" ticket and "Update artwork" ticked as well - you'll need to "Update all files" have selected as well

After all of the above, you should have thumbnails in a new size, so now please try streaming a music file to your TV to see the new artwork size. Please let me know how that goes.

I'm having a hard time finding the deviceprofiles folder.
    I have Windows 7
Followed the how to find deviceprofiles folder link and under Users/Public/Public Documents/Conceiva/Mezzmo there are only two folders. auLogs & auTemp
Tried searching for" deviceprofiles" and/or "device profiles" folder and couldn't find it that way either.

The DeviceProfiles folder is hidden, so just copy-and-paste this: "C:\ProgramData\Conceiva\Mezzmo\DeviceProfiles " into your Windows Explorer and it should take you there. I've edited that thread to add this note as well.

OK, so I did everything mentioned above. I know the updatingof the files worked because the new images I changed some of my mp3s too changed with it. But they are still stretched vertically with about 30% of the image being off the screen. Horizontal is fine.
Using the same image dimensions as I changed them to in the deviceprofile file.
    Any other suggestions?
    Thanks.

Well, at this point I'd need to see what's being sent to the TV, so please enable logging (see this thread: http://forum.conceiva.com/showthread...nostic-logging) then try playing one of the music files for a few seconds, after that stop the server and send the logs to support.
