Default Transcoded MKV file not displaying properly on Panasonic

    Hi,

I have a 3d sbs mkv file which I have been unable to play directly so I transcoded it to mpeg format to use on my Panasonic VT30 (panasonic viera 2011 models profile). Now when I play it the left image is perfect but the right is blurred with horizontal lines. I don't know what's wrong

    Help!

Did you transcode it within Mezzmo or using some third-party tool?

Mezzmo Android: Install it on your tablet, smartphone, Android TV or Amazon Fire to browse and stream files from your Mezzmo library to all your devices. Full details at http://www.conceiva.com/products/mez...mo_android.asp
Mezzmo for Kodi Add-on: Install it into Kodi to stream files from your Mezzmo library directly in Kodi. Full details at http://www.mezzmo.com/wiki/doku.php?...odi_user_guide
Mezzmo for Roku App: Install it onto your Roku to stream files from your Mezzmo library. Full details at http://www.mezzmo.com/wiki/doku.php?...oku_user_guide

Please enable logging (see this thread: http://forum.conceiva.com/showthread...nostic-logging). Delete the transcoded files for this 3D SBS file (right-click on the file in Mezzmo, go to the Properties dialog, and then to the Transcoding tab to delete transcoded files). Then pre-transcode the file again as you did before. Once transcoding is complete, then stream it to your TV again. After it fails to display properly, stop your Mezzmo media server, zip up all the logs and send them to us at support [at] conceiva [dot] com. We'll see if there is anything wrong happening in transcoding or streaming.
