Thread: File Settings "Use Original File"

Default File Settings "Use Original File"

On the properties of a video file is the Transcoding tab, here is the "Use Original File" Option. Most of the files I have can stream using the the Original file. It would be nice to have some kind of way to Globally set this so I don't have to set it for each file individually.

Thanks! Version 2.5 is the best version yet keep up the good work.

Thanks for the suggestion. It's a good idea.

You mention that most of your files will play natively, but are transcoding. This hints that your device profile may be not set correctly. What device are you streaming to? And, what device profile is set for it in the Media Devices dialog in Mezzmo? We may be able to set the device profile so that it is a better match for your device model.
