Default Mezzmo not working properly with Panasonic DMP BDT 210 Blu ray player

    Hi,
I have a Win7 PC, installed Mezzmo, put in the profile of Panasonic DMP MKV. Then I went to the blu ray player, accessed Mezzmo and tried to play a MOV file (HD 1080 24p). I got a message "Cannot Play".

I changed the device profile to Panasonic DMP and it worked, but the quality was quite bad and audio was stuttering.

I think the correct profile is the Panasonic DMP MKV; but it is not working at all. Can you help?
How can I send over the log files which are around 8MB.

    Thanks,
    -Arun

Send the logs to support [at] conceiva [dot] com. Also include the FFmpeg information for the MOV file. To do this, right-click on the file in Mezzmo and click 'Get FFmpeg Information'.

With my DMP-BDT210 (using BDP-MPEG-TS) I'm getting "Can't play File", after updating to 4.1.3.0. However, my DMP-BD87 still works fine with BDP 2012 Model.

Check that transcoding is turned on in Mezzmo. Two places to check: Go to the Transcoding Settings dialog to check this, and next edit your device in the Media Devices dialog. On the Device Settings dialog, go to the Transcoding tab to check if transcoding is turned on for the device.

If no success, then right-click on the video that does not play and click 'Get FFmpeg Information'. Post that here.
