    Default Panasonic Home Theater SC-BTT490

I can't get MKV files to play. The manual indicates that the home theater unit will play files from Windows 7 Media Player. I've tried out the various Panasonic device profiles, with transcoding enabled, and none seem to work.

If I use the Windows 7 DNLA streaming, it works fine for supported files.

It is best we see a set of logs to determine what may be the problem. Please turn on logging in Mezzmo (see http://forum.conceiva.com/showthread...nostic-logging) and restart your Mezzmo server. Set your device profile to 'Panasonic BDP' and connect to Mezzmo from your Panasonic home theater. Browse to your MKV files and try to play one. Once it fails, stop your Mezzmo server, zip up all the logs and send them to us at support [at] conceiva [dot] com.

Make sure you are using the 'Panasonic HT' device profile. Check this in the Media Devices dialog in Mezzmo.

If no better, please send us a set of logs. Turn on logging in Mezzmo (see http://forum.conceiva.com/showthread...nostic-logging) and restart your Mezzmo server. Connect to Mezzmo from your Panasonic home theater. Browse to your MKV files and try to play one. Once it fails, stop your Mezzmo server, zip up all the logs and send them to us at support [at] conceiva [dot] com.
