Default Video stutter on multiple devices.

This problem is not new, however I haven't been able to resolve this issue since I downloaded the product a few months ago.

What is happening is that when I am streaming the majority of files to multiple devices I end up getting 2 seconds of crystal clear picture, then 5 seconds of a still frame. This goes on throughout the video file I am attempting to play.

The Devices I am using and having the issue with are:
    Microsoft XBOX
    Playstation 3
    Panasonic Vierra HDTV

However this does not happen when I stream to my Sony Blue-ray Disc player. I have messed with the connection settings going from 1gbs down to 11 mbs in the device profiles and I am still encountering this problem. I have sent my log files and FFMpeg info to the support email provided in the stickies. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    *Edit*
I forgot to mention that all devices I listed are connected to the network wirelessly. The server PC is connected to the network via ethernet cable.
