Question Mezzmo and Lacie Cinema HD

    Hello everyone.
I am a user of a MAZZO with a samsung tv and I'm very happy.

Now I bought a "Lacie Mini hd" but I can't see srt subtitles !
I tried to install twonkey (the media server software that comes with lacie mini hd) and what works fine.

Someone can help me to solve the problem with Mezzmo ?

Lacie is now seen by mezzmo with the "WD TV Live" profile.
perhaps changing the profile can solve the problem?

    thank you!

Mezzmo streams external subtitle files (.SRT, .SUB and .SMI) to your devices. Make sure that your subtitle file is in the same folder as your video file and has the same name (e.g. c:\videos\inception.mkv and c:\videos\inception.srt). Just to make sure, right-click on the folder/playlist in Mezzmo and click Maintain Playlist. Then, try streaming the video again. This will ensure that Mezzmo picks up the subtitle file (if you added it into the folder after adding the video file into your Mezzmo library).

If still no success, then please send us a set of logs and we'll work out what may be going wrong. Please turn on logging in Mezzmo (http://forum.conceiva.com/showthread...nostic-logging) and connect to Mezzmo using your device. Stream a file that has an external subtitle file and when you see no subtitles on screen, stop your Mezzmo server and exit Mezzmo. Zip up all the logs and send them to us at support [at] conceiva [dot] com.
