    Default Samsung LE46C750 & MP4 Files

I have been using Mezzmo on a 15 day trial with no problem, so decided to buy it and register the product.
However, since this morning I can no longer play MP4 files on my TV (Samsung C Profile), the same files which played okay on the trial version.
I now get a message saying Video Codec Not Supported.
I would be grateful for any help, many thanks.
Sorry if there is an answer elsewhere, but I have not been able to find one.

    A few things to check:

    1. Make sure you are running the latest version of Mezzmo (v2.6.2).

    2. In Mezzmo, stop your Mezzmo server. Go to the Media Devices dialog and delete all devices listed there. Start your Mezzmo server. Your Samsung TV should re-appear in the Media Devices dialog (assuming your TV is turned on). In the Media Devices dialog, make sure your TV is using the Samsung C device profile. Try streaming your files now.

If that does not help, then we'll need to see a set of logs. Turn on logging in Mezzmo (see http://forum.conceiva.com/showthread...nostic-logging). Restart your Mezzmo server and stream the MP4 file to your TV. Once it fails, stop your Mezzmo server and exit Mezzmo. Zip up the logs and send them to us at support [at] conceiva [dot] com.
