    Default Pre-Trancoded Files

I realize this matter should be obvious to me but ... How do I tell which files have been pre-transcoded? I have searched the forums but seem to have missed the answer.

Right-click on a file in Mezzmo and then click Properties. Go to the Transcoding tab in the Properties dialog and it will show you all the transcoded files that have been created the selected file for the various devices that you have. You can click the Next/Previous Arrow buttons at the top of the Properties dialog to view the next file, previous file, etc. in your Mezzmo library.
