    Default Panasonic Viera TC-P65GT30 Support

Hi there! I'm using a trial of Mezzmo to see if it works with my TV, and so far, no luck. I pre-transcribed some avi files because my computer can't handle the streaming, but I always get a "cannot read file" message. I used the panasonic 2011 model device and the panasonic 3D (no divx) device and neither work. I transcribed using both the mpeg-2 ps option and the mp4 option. I go to the DLNA option and the TV finds the Mezzmo server after a few seconds. I go to the video folder and select the file. No picture comes up and it says "Please wait". It has the length of the video and the controls for playing it up at the top, then it always comes on and says "cannot play file". Is there something I am doing wrong? I would like to purchase this server if I can get it to work.

Please make sure you are running Mezzmo v2.6.7. After upgrading to this version (or even if you have this version already), go to the Media Devices dialog and delete all devices listed there. Restart your Mezzmo server and your TV will be detected again and re-listed in the Media Devices dialog. Set the device profile for your TV to 'Panasonic Viera 2011' and try streaming some video files. If they do not stream, then we need to see a set of logs. Turn on logging (see http://forum.conceiva.com/showthread...nostic-logging) and restart your Mezzmo server. Try streaming the video file again and after it fails, stop your Mezzmo server and exit Mezzmo. Zip up all the logs and send them to us at support [at] conceiva [dot] com. Also, send us the FFmpeg information on the video file. To get this, right-click on the video file in Mezzmo and click 'Get FFmpeg Information'.
