Hello,
When there are any issues with Mezzmo and your hardware, please send us the log files generated by Mezzmo, so that we can understand the issues better.
To turn on logging please do the following:
1) Start Mezzmo (if it's not already running)
2) Go to Tools -> Options and on the General page place a check mark in the "Enable diagnostic logging" box
3) Click OK to close the Options dialog
4) If the server is running, stop it using Stop/Start button on the toolbar in Mezzmo
5) Shut down Mezzmo GUI
6) Start up Mezzmo GUI again
7) Start the server using the Stop/Start button on the toolbar
8) Do the action that's not working
9) Go back to Tools -> Options and remove the check mark
10) Stop your Mezzmo server
11) In the Tools -> Options dialog click on the View Log Files button and zip up the folders with the files (please make sure that both folders are in the archive)
Please try to only log the action that's causing the problem. If you need, use the Clear Logs button in the options to delete any previous log files.
Then just zip everything up and send to support (at) conceiva (dot) com .
Thank you,
Dennis
