Thread: New install of Mezzmo and Panasonic TV displaying small picture only.

Default New install of Mezzmo and Panasonic TV displaying small picture only.

    Hi There

I have just built a new computer and installed Mezzmo which I had running on my previous machine.
For some reason all the movies I play are very small on my Panasonic TV and I don't know why this is.

The movie width and height are relative but it won't fill the screen like it used to.

    Any ideas please?

    Thanks

    Hi Meadx001,

Check the device profile that you are using in the Media Devices dialog in Mezzmo. It should be one of the 'Panasonic Viera' device profiles.

If no better, then please contact us at support [at] conceiva [dot] com and we'll supply you with an updated Panasonic Viera device profile to try.

    Hi Paul

It was the TV, not Mezzmo. I figured it out from a TV point of view on the aspect setting which was interesting but nothing to do with Mezzmo.

    Thanks agains
