Question No titles showing on XBOX 360 in folders view

    Hello,
I just downloaded the trial version to test it out. All looks good on my PS3 but on the Xbox 360 I cannot view the files via the 'folders' view. They do all appear under the 'all video' area though....
Any suggestions to solve this would be great.

    Hello,
I should mention that I have since setup NERO Mediahome 4 trial and the avis in folder view show up correctly. Is there a bug in the lastest update for Mezzmo? Hopefully it will get sorted soon....

    Hello,

I've just checked and looks like the XBox360 is not handling spaces in folder names properly. We'll have to look into this and I'll get back to you. If you wish, please send a message to support@conceiva.com, so that I could notify you of progress on this issue.

To add to this - I've done more research and testing and it appears the latest firmware for the XBox 360 broke some things. We are fixing this issue right now and there'll be a patch available soon. Please contact support if you wish to get the patched version of the server.

This issue has been fixed and a patched version is available (by sending a message to support@conceiva.com) for those who are affected by this. It'll be part of the next official Mezzmo update as well later on.

Default Same Issue on Sony Bravia KDL

I have the same problem on a Sony Bravia KDL TV.

All video files appear under all videos. Under folder view. Nothing.

    Any ideas? Many thanks.

Possibly it's the same issue - please send a message to support and we'll send you a patched version. We're also getting ready to release an official update shortly, so if you wish, please wait for it and see if it fixes the issue.

    Try this:

    1. Stop your Mezzmo media server.
    2. Go to the Media Devices dialog and delete all devices.
    3. If you have modified your device profile, put back the original device profile.
    4. Start your media server and your DirecTV should be auto-detected and listed in Media Devices dialog. Make sure it is using the correct DirecTV device profile.
    5. Using your DirecTV, try connecting to Mezzmo and browsing and playing some files.

If that does not work (i.e. same problem as you describe), then we will need to see your logs. Instructions to turn on logging - http://forum.conceiva.com/showthread...nostic-logging. Once logging is turned on, use your DirecTV to connect to Mezzmo and browse/play some files. Then stop your media server and send us the logs to support [at] conceiva [dot] com.
