There are a couple of methods you can use to download Flash videos and audio mp3 from sites:
1. DownloadStudio is able to parse the html of pages from YouTube, DailyMotion, Metacafe, Revver, Vimeo, Google Video and Break and find the download url for the Flash video. Using Opera you can visit a page on one of these sites and right-click on the page and choose "Download Video...", this will pass the page's url to DownloadStudio and a download job will be added.
2. Start DownloadStudio URL Sniffer and then visit a page containing a Flash video or mp3 stream, DownloadStudio URL Sniffer will collect all the urls being requested by your web browser and you can highlight the urls that link to Flash video or mp3 files by choosing the filter options "Video files" and "Audio files". Right-click on one of these urls and choose "Download Selected URLs".
