    Question Corrupt data error

    Hi,
I downloaded and installed the Mezzmo trial 2.1.6.0
I have a MKV x264 video on my PC that I would like to see on my Playstation 3.
I am able to play the video on my PC in Windows Media Player.
When I access the video on my Playstation 3 it gives an error that the data is corrupt.
I was hoping Mezzmo could transcode the file so I could play it.

So is this a bug? Or is this a limitation of the transcode functionality?
Anything I can do about this?

    Hi,

Yes, that file should be transcoded, but maybe transcoding fails for some reason. Can you please generate a log file of when you try to play that file on the PS3 (see this thread for information on log files: http://forum.conceiva.com/showthread.php?t=419) and send it to support@conceiva.com for investigation.

    Ok done!
In the logs I see that the transcoder has to do a lot of guessing. So I think something is not supported by FFmpeg.
