Default 2.7.1.0 Upgrade has broken HD/MKV playback on Panasonic PLayer

    Hi,
Having upgraded from 2.6.7.0 to 2.7.1.0, all HD/MKV file playback has stopped working. I am using the "Panasonic BDP" profile for a Panasonic SA-BTT270 Bluray DLNA Player.

I still have 2.6.7.0 installed on a 2nd machine and this is still deploying media without issue.

Has anyone experienced anything similar since upgrading?

    cheers
    Paul

    Hi,
this appears to be a problem with the Panasonic BDP device profile in the 2.7.1 update, changes were made to maintain the aspect ratio of transcoded files so that they did not get stretched out but for some files this causes a blank screen while audio still plays. Can you please post the ffmpeg information of the file or send it to support [at] conceiva [dot] com so that we can track this problem down. We can send you an updated device profile or you can copy the PanasonicBDP.prf file from the 2.6.7 installation that you still have.

I'm also having an issue with 2.71 with a BDT-210. The 1st frame displays, but then it hangs. Could you please send me the old prf file?
