Can you please generate a diagnostic log of when you try to play one of the files (see this thread for information on logging: http://forum.conceiva.com/showthread.php?t=419) and send it to support (at) conceiva (dot) com - I'll investigate and fix it up for you.
Also, is your Popcorn Hour detected correctly in Mezzmo? If you go to Media Devices dialog, does it show up as "Popcorn Hour" or something else?

Is there a "Logging" file in the log folders (e.g. in the "MezzmoMediaServer.exe" folder)? You also need to restart the server after enabling logging and please stop the server before sending the logs in, so that all information is flushed properly into the files.
