MKV Not Working on Hopper

I just purchased the software with high hopes, but it will not stream .MKV files to my hopper. It will stream and play other files, just no .MKV. Any fix?

Check your device profile. Go to the Media Devices dialog in Mezzmo and make sure the device profile is set to 'Dish Hopper/Joey'. Try streaming again & let us know how you go.

If still a problem, please turn on logging (see http://forum.conceiva.com/showthread...nostic-logging) and restart your Mezzmo server. Stream the MKV file and when it fails, stop your Mezzmo server and exit Mezzmo. Zip up all the logs and send them to us at support [at] conceiva [dot] com.

We got your logs, the MKV file is being transcoded to MP4 and the device may be searching for the moov atom in the file to find the duration, we have sent you an updated device profile to try.

I am facing exactly the same issue, all MP4 are working through ok with great quality, all AVI's getting transcoded to MPEG2 with acceptable quality but mkv is not working at all for me. I am using the latest profile that comes with the software for Dish Hopper and Joey. Will you be able to send me the same profile as well so I can try it out
