It seems the stream info is cut-off, can you please paste it in again?

No worries, we'll get it sorted on Monday then. Some video/audio combinations are not playable by the TV, so I assume it's one of those. Or the bitrate is off, or the dimensions.

    Hi Dennis

I own a UA55C6900 (I suppose its firmware is very similar to the UA40C6900) and have just installed Mezzmo after trying a few different media players. Mezzmo seems stable and looks great but so far I had the following issues with it:

    - I can not fast forward / backward AVI movies (only 10 sec increments)
    - Portrait images that Mezzmo automatically rotates for me are squashed (when turning transcoding off the are not automatically rotated)

and one last question, I own two laptops and one TV can I use one licence for both laptops to connect to one TV?

    Cheers
    Franz

    Hi Franz,

The FF/REW is unfortunately limited to that skipping function (by 10 seconds) - that's the TV doing it, not Mezzmo. Samsung even started to state in their user manuals that FF/REW does not work with DLNA, only skipping.

Which device profile are you using for it? And also, what are the dimensions of the original image that needs to be rotated?

Yes, you can use one license, as long as they are not running at the same time.

    Hi Dennis

Mezzmo picked the Samsung C profile automatically and it worked without changing settings.
    The Picture dimensions are 3872 x 2592 (Nikon D80)

Samsungs own PC Share Manager 4.1 provides chapters with thumbnails of the movie that is playing and has a handy resume button.
I was hoping to get the same functionality from Mezzmo

P.S. I have worked out that pressing skip function once forwards by 10 seconds but f I keep the button pressed it will forward in 200 second increments eventually.
Chapters and Resume is not provided if I play files from my DLNA enabled NAS router so it must have something to do with the PC share manager.

    Cheers

    Hi Franz,

Can you please send one of your picture files to support (at) conceiva (dot) com so that I could try and reproduce your issue here?

Yes, the PC Share Manager provides some additional, proprietary information to the TV and the TV uses that to enable chapters and resume (bookmarking). Perhaps in a future version Mezzmo will emulate that as well (basically if lots of requests come in for this feature, it's likely to be given higher priority ).

    Hi Dennis

I have emailed a sample photo to your support.

Unfortunately until Mezzmo can provide support for chaptering / bookmarking I will have to stick to Samsung's slow and cumbersome PC Share Manager.

    Thanks for your support!

Thanks for the image - I've received it and I'll get back to you via e-mail regarding that.

Sorry that we can't provide those extended features at the moment.

I just bought a Samsung UE32C5100 with dlna support.
    Connected on home LAN (wired).
Installled Samsung's PC Share Manager and could establish a connection from the TV.

I installed Mezzmo (trial) but am not able to connect to it from my tv.
I added the ip address and name of the tv in the Media Devices with Allow connect permissions but still can't seem to get it connected.

    Can someone help ?

    Thx
