Question Streaming MKV files to XBox 360 results in Stereo and lost 5.1 Audio

I have a large amount of MKV files. Whenever I stream any of them using Mezzmo, the end result is stereo audio being played on my receiver.

However, if I send it to a WD-TV Live directly, it works fine, and I get Digital Dolby 5.1 wonderfuly.

    Any suggestions?

Here is my FFDShow output during the conversion:

I suspect the Bolded part about the channels is the issue, but how do you fix it?

    Thoughts? Suggestions? Ideas?

I just installed the trial, I was hoping to figure out if this would do what I want before my trial ends.

    Thanks!
