    Default Panasonic P50V10B Formats

    Hi,

I'm just trying out Mezzio on my end of 2009 vintange panasonic. I started with the auto detected panasonic template (2011) and this assumed I could play formats the tv couldn't. It also wouldn't let me transcode to mpeg2 as it said the tv didn't require it when I tried to force it.

I've now switched to the 'panasonic' profile (not with 2011 in name), and whilst this lets me force transcode, it doesn't seem to attempt to do it automatically? I have a video in matrosca/h264 which the tv can't handle, but I can force transcode. Should Mezzio not be able to also do this on the fly for me? I've not done anything to the config which would change the default settings.

    Thanks,

    Dan

Please try the 'Panasonic Viera (2009 Models)' device profile. Go to the Media Devices dialog to change the device profile.

If no better, please post the FFmpeg information on the file you are trying to stream. Right-click on the file in Mezzmo and click 'Get FFMpeg Information'.
