Default Cant get videos, music or pics to play to any samsung equipment.

I have emailed support, but its been a few hours and no response. I am hoping i can get some help from the forum. I will post the email that i sent to support to save from having to type it twice. Thanks to any and all who can help.

I have 3 Samsung devices in my home. I have a Samsung UN46C7000, a PN50B-850 Plasma, and a BD-C6900 1080p 3D Blu-ray player. All devices can see the DLNA server, but none can watch, view, or listen to any music (mp3, wma), pictures (jpeg) or any videos (divx, mkv, avi). This is running on a windows 7 64 bit server with 2 quad core processor's, 16GB DDR3, 4 15k SAS drives in raid 10, and a cisco Gigabit network. If i install Nero media home, it will stream the pics, music, and all videos except mkv. I really would like to utilize this product and have been impressed with your forums. I look forward to hearing from you, and if fixed, you have a guaranteed sell.

I have done most testing on the LED TV, and will list what i have tried.
All samsung profiles as well as all generic profiles.
with and without Avast antivirus running.
    reset pc,
verified dlna works at the tv's by streaming content from the same pc via WMP and NERO.

    Thanks

    Jason,

We're in Australia, so in GMT+10 time zone, that's why sometimes it takes a few hours before a reply, depending on where you live

Yes, there're some updates - please send a message to support e-mail and I'll send those to you.

Please also include some FFmpeg information regarding the file you are trying to play (in Mezzmo right-click on the file and use the "Get FFmpeg Information" command).
