Check the device profile that is assigned to your TV in the Media Devices dialog in Mezzmo. Let us know what device profile you are using. Also, post the FFmpeg information for one of the MKV files that has a wrong aspect ratio when transcoded. To do this, right-click on the MKV in Mezzmo and click 'Get FFmpeg Information'.

Thank you for replying =)
The profile i'm using is Toshiba Tv (Japan) the other Toshiba TV profile wouldn't work. Also is there a way of forcing the transcoding settings, such as forcing a 24fps mkv to 25fps or 30fps, as ntsc mkv's seem to jerk on panning motion.

Thanks for the information. The aspect ratio of your MKV is non-standard and certain models of Toshiba TVs do not handle these non-standard aspect ratios well.
The 'Toshiba TV' device profile will maintain your aspect ratio (it pads so the transcoded video has a standard aspect ratio), so it is best you choose this device profile. When you choose it, you say it is not working - in what way? I'd like to see a set of logs when you try to stream with the the 'Toshiba TV' device profile and then we will be able to fix this problem. Turn on logging (see http://forum.conceiva.com/showthread...nostic-logging) and restart your Mezzmo server. Make sure you are using the 'Toshiba TV' device profile and try streaming the MKV to your TV. When it fails to play, stop your Mezzmo server and exit Mezzmo. Zip up all the logs and email them to us at support [at] conceiva [dot] com.

Thank you very much. The updated Toshiba profile fixed the issue, all my media plays back on the tv and also in the right aspect ratio. =)
