Default Subtitles - problem after upgrade Mezzmo to v3

    Hi.
Till - few hours ago - i use Mezzmo 2.7.X without problem with subtitles (PL).
Now i upgrade to 3.0 and problem with polish signs like ą, ł, ś etc.
I download SRT in ANSI mode.
Can you tell me where is the problem?
I know that DLNA like mezzmo only send subtitles to TV (LG) but on version 2.7.X i havent any problem... polish signs was show good.

    Hi tadek5252,

    A few questions:
    • What device profile is assigned to your TV in Mezzmo? Go to the Media Devices dialog to see this.
    • What encoding are your Polish subtitle files (e.g. 1250). If you don't know, then please email one of the subtitle files to us at support [at] conceiva [dot] com.

Please try this to get up and running:
    1. Right-click on the video in Mezzmo and click Properties.
    2. In the Properties dialog, go to the Subtitles tab and click Subtitle the Settings button.
    3. In the Subtitle Settings dialog, do the subtitles display correctly? Use the slider at the bottom to see all subtitles. Try changing the code page. If they appear correctly after making changes, click OK to save these settings and then try streaming the file again. Let us know how you go.

Many thanks for this information. Please email us at support [at] conceiva [dot] com & we will provide an updated device profile that should fix your problem. In your email, please include the subtitle file so we can test it here with our LG TV before we send you the device profile.
