Default Problems with my LG home theatre and Mezzmo 3

I've just installed the new version of Mezzmo and everytime I try play a video (I haven't tried with my FLAC files) my player just shuts down, sometimes that happened before when the video file had some problem, but now it happens always, even with the video files that played before well.

My LG Home Theatre (HB405SU) always played natively the mkv and the mp4/mov, never had a problem with any subtitles, embedded or external (for external I always use .srt or the combination .idx/.sub) but now I don't really know what do I have to do to have the files streamed as they are, with no re-encoding.

I sent you a log file created when I tried to play a simple .mov trailer.

I tried the reinstall process that some support guy told another user, I noticed that all the profiles seemed to be in the right directory but I reinstalled it anyway.

    All the directory disappeared.

I tried once more and it was recreated. But my home theatre keeps on shutting down.

I already wrote to the support team and I still got no updated profile.

In the meantime, can I install the previous setup file in the auTemp directory ? will it break the database ?

    Thanks in advance

Sorry for the delay. We have found the problem with streaming to your LG home theater system (or Blu-ray player). We are just preparing a minor update for all users and this LG fix will be included in the update. It should be available within the next day, and you will be able to get the update via Check For Updates or from our web site.

Well, I just installed the new version 3.0.1.0 and I tested with two video files, one a trailer .mov and the other a matroska with external subtitles .srt.

    It's working...

I will make other tests but for now I'm happy, everything returns to normal.

    Thank you very much!
