Mezzmo hangs

Hi,

I've been using this program now for some time and until version 3.0 came out I'd yet to experience any problems. I'm currently on 3.0.10 and the issue still remains.

My problem is that Mezzmo hangs when trying to open any folder on external hard drives (or at least I think it's just external hard drives as that's where my TV shows are stored). I have three external hard drives and one internal. Here is an image of what happens.



It just sits there with the Loading message and does nothing. I have to stop the Mezzmo Media Server and restart it to get it to work. This is not just after a period of time either, it can be right after watching something and navigating to the external hard drive.

Can anyone put some light onto this problem ? I'm using a Samsung UE40D7000 Smart TV and the latest version of Mezzmo.

Thanks for reporting this. We'd like to see a set of logs to understand what's happening. Turn on logging (see http://forum.conceiva.com/showthread...nostic-logging) and restart your Mezzmo server. Try to browse the folder and when it hangs for a few minutes, stop your Mezzmo server and exit Mezzmo. Zip up all your logs and email them to support [at] conceiva [dot] com.
