Default Constant Disconnects On Samsung ES7000 TV

    Hello

For some reason I now get random disconnects all the time with the message "Request Cannot Be Completed". Sometimes I select mezzmo then films and it just gives me a message it is disconnected. Other times I can get into a few sub directories then the same message. Once it disconnects I then have to restart the TV for mezzmo to be found again. Quite annoying as all seemed to work for a week or so. Any ideas would be appreciated. Have tried all the usual stuff listed in the guides.

Thanks for reporting this. I assume you are browsing the folders you have added to your Mezzmo library and not playlists like Series, All Videos, Recently Added, etc. If that is the case, we think we may have an idea of what is causing the problem. Possibly your Samsung TV is giving up on the request for a file list for the folder you are browsing because Mezzmo is too slow to deliver it. This seems to happen sometimes for folders. We are looking at this now with our Samsung TVs. We'll report back after testing is complete.
