Default External subtitles - some work and some don't

So I'm trying to figure out why some subtitles work and some don't.

MovieA and MovieB are bother .AVI files with SUB/IDX named the same in same folder as the movies.
Both movies have the same language (ENglish) and both play fine from a PC with VOBsub installed; so I know the subtitles streams work fine.
So I've enabled the 'Add subtile language to title menu in the logging options.
I can see the MovieA in listed as 'MovieA(EN)' but the second movies just lists as 'MoviesB' without any subtitle specified.

BTW I have the same issue with .SRT files!

I gone in to each file on the media library and re-loaded the subtitles and it shows in subtitles properties with the subtitles available and in English. Yet some files it will work with and other it will fail to display. I'm yet to find out what is the reason some work and others don't???

Thanks in advance for any help.
    Adam.

    Hi Adam,

Please email us the following to support [at] conceiva [dot] com:

    • zip up the SUB/IDX files for both MovieA and MovieB
    • the FFmpeg information for MovieA and MovieB. To get this, right-click on the video in Mezzmo and click 'Get FFmpeg Information'
    • the device you are streaming to (including manufacturer & model number)
    • the device profile that is assigned to your device. Go to the Media Devices dialog in Mezzmo to see this

Once we get this, we'll be able to tell you what the problem is & fix it for you.
