.. I did create log file at the time when "lost network connection" happened, but first, I'm not sure where to send it and there's a only one log file with some data inside .. under Mezzmo.exe is Mezzmo.txt, is this file you need? .. also, at that time WD TV Live or Mezzmo lost network connection about x2 when watching one video file about 45 minutes long ..

.. ok, after pc restart there's a couple more log files under Mezzmo.exe and MezzmoMediaServer.exe folder, which one?

Probably best to send them both, just in case.

Their email address is support (at) conceiva (dot) com .

Don't forget to delete the logs before doing a new "logging sesssion". Just disabling/enabling logging won't delete any existing logs, new entries simply get appended.

Yes, as RMerlin suggested, the best (e.g. easiest for us here to use) way to log is:

    1) stop the server
    2) clear out the logs, but make sure logging is still turned on
    3) start the server
    4) do that one operation that fails (e.g., if one file doesn't play, just try to play that one file - no need to play others and it will make the log bigger and more complex to sort out)
    5) stop the server
    6) zip up (please do zip up, otherwise some files may not go through due to their size) and send *all* log files, especially the first time you contact support
    7) the e-mail is support (at) conceiva (dot) com

Here's a link to a post regarding logs as well: http://forum.conceiva.com/showthread.php?t=419

A typical log will be around 5-15 MBs uncompressed. An overnight log can grow to GBs
