What is the preferred Mezzmo File Format for optimum Audio and Video quality?
There is no preferred/optimal video, audio or photo format for Mezzmo. Actually, it is your device that has preferred video, audio and photo formats - so that is what you should target if you are considering converting your files to particular formats.
If you have files that match your device, then Mezzmo will simply stream them directly to your device. Otherwise, Mezzmo will transcode the file to a format that your device does support. Mezzmo determines if the device supports the file you want to stream based on the device profile you have chosen for your device (see Media Devices dialog to see/change the device profile).
