Default Can't get the subtitles to burn in

Hello! I have just purchased the Mezzmo after searching for "the" Home Media Server.

So far I am extremely happy with my decision except for one nagging issue. No matter how much I try, I can't get subtitles working.

Here are the settings I am using currently:

    Here is the ffmpeg info:

In the current version of Mezzmo (v3.0.2.0), you have to to extract the embedded subtitles from your video as external subtitles and then Mezzmo will burn them into your videos that you stream to your devices. In the Properties dialog (Subtitles tab), select the embedded subtitle channel and click Extract Subtitles. Then, go to the Transcoding tab and delete all the transcoded files for this file. Not try streaming the file and you should see subtitles on your device.

In a future version of Mezzmo, we are planning to automatically extract these embedded subtitle channels as external subtitle files - rather than users having to manually extract them for burning purposes.
