    Default Invalid File Error

    Hi,

I am using the latest version.

When i try to play a file from my LG smart tv its starts playing but then suddenly gives me error " This file is invalid".
I try replay the same file it plays again.

This error is doesnt come very often. But mostly happens with MKV files.

I used to get the same error on older versions when i try to forward any video.

    I am on Windows 8.

Any help to fix this ?

    Thanks
    Sunny

    Hi Sunny,

Please download & install the latest version of Mezzmo (v3.1) and try again. Go to the Transcoding Settings dialog and delete your transcoded files. Try streaming again. If no success, then right-click on the MKV file in Mezzmo and click 'Get FFmpeg Information'. Post that information here. Also, tell us the device profile assigned to your TV in Mezzmo. Go to the Media Devices dialog to see this.

    Hi Sunny,

Thanks for reporting this. Please turn on logging (see http://forum.conceiva.com/showthread...nostic-logging) and restart your Mezzmo server. Stream the MKV file again to your LG TV and when it fails, stop your Mezzmo server and exit Mezzmo. Zip up all the logs and email them to us at support [at] conceiva [dot] com.
