    Hi,

I'm using Mezzmo 3.1 (Registered version) in Windows 8 OS. My TV is a Samsung UE46ES8000.

My TV is unable to use FF/REW.

    Hi Miguel,

Please tell us the FFmpeg information on one of the videos you are trying to FF/REW. Right-click on the video in Mezzmo and click 'Get FFmpeg Information'.

Also, tell us the device profile assigned to your TV in Mezzmo. Go to the Media Devices dialog to see this.

Sorry for the long delay, Miguel. Mezzmo is streaming your AVI directly to your TV. Samsung TV's do not let you FF/REW using their remote control buttons when streaming via DLNA. This is a restriction in the TV's firmware. Later model Samsung TV models (D-series and E-series - like yours) have much better time search features than the older A/B/C-series TVs. On your E-series TV, when you are playing a video, press the Tools button on your remote control and use the Time Search feature to navigate to any part of the video that you want. That should allow you to quickly jump to sections in the video.
