Hi Chris,
Thanks for the suggestions. We are planning to have Mezzmo remote control apps for portable devices (Android, iOS). Mezzmo should not be using 100% CPU, so if you let us know when this occurs, we'd like to fix it for the next release.

Hi thanks for your reply, sorry I forgot to tell you it uses 100 percent only when transcoding, but it seams to use to much, for example if I am transcoding on 1 tv and my brother transcodes on a other TV there will be some problems cos mezzmo is using all the cpu power on the first transcode, 1 problem example is if 1 of us fw a little the movie will freez ( cos there are 2 transcodes) thanks regards and 1 last thing could there be a option in the console to backup mezzmo's database to a other directory so If a pc format is needed we would not have to create the profiles and database again, I know there is already a way to do it but it would be much easier from the interface like the transcoding directory, it can be changed from the interface thanks regards
Hi Chris,
transcoding for multiple devices can cause problems in the CPU is not powerful enough or if the files are being fully transcoded to another format instead of just being remuxed (copied), fast forwarding in this case will result in the playback getting to the end of the available transcoded data much sooner than if just one file was being transcoded. The best option in this case is to pre-transcode your files.
We will consider adding a backup function to a future version of Mezzmo.
