Thumbnails Missing
Hi
I have been using Mezzmo for some time now, with Sony Bravia TV. For some reason the thumbnails have now disappeared, previously they were displayed. I have tried the obvious things like restarting, using the latest version etc, but still now joy, can anyone help with possible solutions?

Did they disappear after you upgraded from 2.1.7 to 2.1.8, for example, or did they just disappear while using the same version?
Can you please turn on logging (see this thread: http://forum.conceiva.com/showthread...nostic-logging), then browse one of the folders where thumbnails used to be, but not there anymore. After that, please stop the server, zip up the logs and send them in to support (at) conceiva (dot) com for investigation.
