Default some problems with Panasonic TX-P65VT50E

    hi,

I have 3 problems - I hope someone is able to help me:

    1. mezzmo
sometimes i can't find mezzmo on the tv. the routine to find mezzmo on the tv is - at first i have to start the tv and afterwards mezzmo.
if i can't find mezzmo, i have to stop and start the mediaserver new, then mezzmo is available on the tv again .

    2. mp4-file
i have one mp4-file which doesn't work. after 3min and 30sec, mezzmo stops the file and starts the next one in a row. (transcoding is off)

    here is the log-file:

    Hi yoshi,

    Some answers:

    1. What version of Mezzmo are you running? If not the current version (v3.2.0.0), then please upgrade to this version. If no better, then it seems something on your home network may be blocking DLNA communication. Typically this will be your router or firewall. Read this FAQ and it will help - http://forum.conceiva.com/showthread...ur-DLNA-device

    2. With transcoding turned off, Mezzmo server is streaming the MP4 video directly to your TV. If your TV stops playing the video, then it may mean that the MP4 is badly encoded or encoded in such a way that it cannot play it further - so your TV gives up and proceeds to the next file. A workaround for this is to pre-transcode the MP4 file to another format and this may fix any encoding issues. Right-click on the video in Mezzmo and click 'Pre-transcode Files'.

    3. Your TV may not be able to decode & play the DTS audio channel in the video so that's why no audio is heard. If you turn on transcoding in Mezzmo, then using the "Panasonic Viera (2011 models)" device profile, Mezzmo server will transcode the DTS audio channel to AC3. That may fix your audio for you.
