    Default 3.2 problems

As a long term Mezzmo user I faithfully loaded 3.2 and at the moment am not too happy on a number of levels. As another forum member noted I can no longer see most of my video files. These are .mp4 files but Mezzmo appears to think they are .mkv files.

The next problem which really frustrates me because it has been working fine the past couple of years is my ability to play my music in my Samsung BDP. I cannot even load any music as it errors off. This has worked very well for quite some time.

I believe I am going to either a) back down to the old revision b) start investigating other DLNA servers as summer is here and I want to be able to play all music in my home and outside!!!!

    Hi gliot1,

Sounds like a device profile problem. Check your devices profiles in the Media Devices dialog. Check if any of changed after upgrading. Perhaps delete all devices in the Media Devices dialog and let them get auto-detected by Mezzmo again. You are welcome to tell us your device models and we can advise the best device profiles.

If no better, it's best we see a set of logs and that will explain what's happening. Turn on logging (see http://forum.conceiva.com/showthread...nostic-logging) and restart your Mezzmo server. Reproduce the MP4 problem and music problem. Then stop your Mezzmo server and exit Mezzmo. Zip up all the logs and email them to us at support [at] conceiva [dot] com.
