Default "File could not be found"

I just updated Mezzmo, and now all the video files won't play - my TV gives me the error "File could not be found" nomatter which file I try. I've tried restarting the server, and the computer, and removing and readding the files but no luck.

    Suggestions?

It could be an access permissions issue if your media files are stored on a NAS or another computer. See this FAQ to fix this - http://forum.conceiva.com/showthread...r-home-network.

If no better, then email us a ste of logs and we'll see what's going wrong. Turn on logging (see http://forum.conceiva.com/showthread...nostic-logging) and restart your Mezzmo server. Reproduce the problem and then stop your Mezzmo server and exit Mezzmo. Zip up all the logs and email them to us at support [at] conceiva [dot] com.
