Default MPEG file corrupt or unsupported.

For some reason after release of Version 3.2.0.0, I am unable to play files listed as MPEG without pre-transcoding first.

My library consists of folders for movies and TV shows. When a movie is added to a folder it is listed as an M2TS and will auto play on my Sony BDP-S580 (Profile-Sony BDP, HT, SMP). When a tv show is added to it's folder it is listed as an MPEG and when trying to play says "File is corrupt or unsupported". If I pre-transcode the tv show to mpegts/h264/ac3 it is then listed as M2TS and plays perfectly.

Prior to this release, I was able to stream movies or tv shows to two different entertainment systems simultaneously without pre-transcoding any files.

FFmeg info for 2 scenarios attached.

    Thanks, KenM2TS-ffmeg.txtMPEG-ffmpeg.txt

Great, thanks Paul. The patch and updated profile resolved the problem.

The same thing has been happening to me since 3.0 came out or a little earlier with the same BluRay player.
