    Default Audio file not supported

    Hi,

I am having trouble with playing some files as it would say Audio File not supported.

    I have a LG 42LE5500 TV.

Is there a fix to this?

Thanks for the logs. I can see you are streaming an MKV video file. Mezzmo is streaming it directly to your TV. If you TV says 'Audio format not supported', then Mezzmo needs to transcode the audio channel to something compatible for your TV. Please post the FFmpeg information for the MKV file. Right-click on the MKV file in Mezzmo and click 'Get FFmpeg Information'. Once we see this, we can advise on the suitable device profile to use.

Thanks, dedum. It appears your particular LG TV model does not support DTS audio. Try changing the device profile in Mezzmo to "LG TV (2102 models)". Go to the Media Devices dialog and edit your LG TV device listed there to change the device profile. Let us know how you go.
