Default Streaming fails from a Network Location - Permission Denied

Trying to stream from my network location fails for every device. Just tried to stream a kids movie to my Kindle Fire and this is the message I get when clicking failed in the transcoding pane. I can see the files in Mezzmo and can browse through them just fine but my WDTV Live Hub says that it is an incompatible file format, my DirecTV boxes just say that playback has failed and the Kindle Fire just errors out and goes back to the browse titles screen. If I change the folder permissions to share with Everyone it works fine. If I change the file permissions to Administrator then I can browse and maintain the database but playback fails with this message. Is there another account I need to be creating permission for for ffMPEG or something?

UPDATE: Changed the folder permissions to Everyone and Read. Solved.

Everyone can access but no one can change.
