Thread: DVD (.VOB, .IFO etc) format playback support

  1. #1

Default DVD (.VOB, .IFO etc) format playback support

Would love to see full support for DVD movies without having to rip them to other formats. This would include support for navigation menus, chapter navigation, in movie navigation etc. and, if possible, subtitle support.

    Cheers,

    Simran

Thanks for the suggestion - we do have plans to support .VOB and .ISO files in the future, so stay tuned

    Hi,

Is there any time line on this feature? Any idea when it will make it into the product?

It is not being actively developed at the moment, since subtitling and URL streaming are our current focus. Once we get these large tasks completed, then we will have time to look at reading/streaming DVD ISO, etc.
