    Default Unsupported audio on LG8900

Hi I am using the LG TV profile and on new videos I get unsupported audio, I tried using the LG 2013 profile but the audio glitches every couple of seconds.

Here is the FFmpeg info from a couple of videos

Your TV is rejecting the DTS audio channel in your MKV video, so your DTS audio channel must be transcoded to another format. Go back to using the LG TV (2012 models) device profile. Right-click on the video and click 'Pre-transcode Files'. In the Pre-transcode Files dialog, select your TV and click Choose Formats. In the Pre-transcode Formats dialog, select the bolded format and select the 'Force full transcode' checkbox. Click OK to start transcoding. After transcoding has completed, try streaming the video now. For more information about pre-transcoding see this FAQ - http://forum.conceiva.com/showthread...nscoding-Files.

    Hi Paul,

Yes my TV does not play DTS, it used to transcode it before on a previous profile I used though (I believe!),

OK - something must have changed. It's best we see a set of logs. Turn on logging (see http://forum.conceiva.com/showthread...nostic-logging) and restart your Mezzmo server. Make sure you are using the LG TV (2012 models) device profile and then try streaming the DTS video file. When it fails, stop your Mezzmo server and exit Mezzmo. Zip up all the logs and email them to us at support [at] conceiva [dot] com.

    Hi Paul,

Just an update, tried to pre trancode one of the films and it does the same thing glitch audio.

Just to clarify, if I use the LGTV profile it fails with unsupported audio, if I use the LGTV(2012) it plays but with glitching audio.

Do you want me to do the logging for both?

    Thanks - John

Forgot to mention the one that seemed to work was around version 2.5 I think.

Yes - please send us a set of logs for both. Email them to us at support [at] conceiva [dot] com.

We'll check out the differences between v2.5 and the current Mezzmo version.
