    Default Mezzmo UI unable to open after 3.3 upgrade

    Hi,
    I just upgraded to version 3.3.
    Since the upgrade I have been unable to open the Mezzmo UI. I double click on the Mezzmo icon and the splash screen comes up but sits at initializing for approximately 10 minutes.
    The icon for Mezzmo also comes up in the System Tray but is unresponsive for right clicking on again for about 10 minutes.

    After about 10 minutes, I am able to open the UI from the System Tray. The window opens but stays at not responding indefinitely.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Mezzmo v3.3 is upgrading your existing Mezzmo database when it first starts up. Depending on how many files and playlists that you have, this can take several minutes. Please wait until it completes this once-off step. If still no success, please email us at support [at] conceiva [dot] com and we'll help you further.

    Hi Paul,
    Thanks for your prompt response.
    I've just sent an email as I've tested further and found that my TV does not see the Mezzmo server on the network.
    The upgrade was performed last night so the service has been running for a good 8 hours or more.
    The UI has only been trying to run for about half an hour now.

    Any help here or via email will be greatly appreciated.

    The support staff are already working on this issue with me.
    I've enabled logging to send to them. I must say I am very impressed with the support so far from the Conceiva staff.

    Thanks to all the support staff at Conceiva.
    Peter worked through the issue with me with very fast replies.
    The corruption in the database was identified and resolved with their help and Mezzmo is working again.

    There was no delay at all from Conceiva, the only delay was at my end when I could not be present to follow their next step.
