    Default Trancoding Problem

    Hi,

I have one problem since update to Mezzmo 3.3.0.0

I will show movie on TV it will transcode on the fly but its to slow 11-25fps.
If i pre transcode on Mezzmo Software it works fine with 700-890fps.

I have Sony Bravia KDL-55HX750 and before update it works fine.

    I updated ffmpeg32 and ffmpeg64 and i choose ffmpeg64. Problem with both.

    Thanks

Please tell us the device profile you are using for your TV. Go to the Media Devices dialog to see this. Also, post the FFmpeg information for the video. Right-click on the video in Mezzmo and click 'Get FFmpeg Information'.

I have the Problem with all my matroska movies, but only on the fly.

On The Fly Transcoding from the same Mezzmo with Panasonic TV works with 1100fps.

Always if i update my mezzmo i have problem with transcoding.
    Thanks

EDIT: I deinstalled 3.3.0.0 and installed 3.2.0.0 and my Sony works fine with transcode on the fly 700-800fps.
    Problem in new Software?

    Hello

I have same problem with my Sony KDL 40EX500 (profile Sony Bravia KDL 2010 models). With mezzmo 3.2 it works fine (it transcode on-the-fly pretty fast) but with version 3.3 slow.

Please upgrade to the latest version (v3.4) and try again. If that is no better, then turn on logging (see http://forum.conceiva.com/showthread...nostic-logging) and restart your Mezzmo server. Reproduce the problem you mention and then stop your Mezzmo server and exit Mezzmo. Zip up all the logs and email them to us at support [at] conceiva [dot] com.

We have found a problem when matching the framerate of the file to the device profile, this has now been resolved, if you have already updated to 3.4.0.0 you can download the installer from our website and run it to repair your installation files and get the changes.
