    Default Toshiba Help

I have a toshiba 50L7355DB and have encountered a few problems with using Mezzmo, I am new to all of this so will explain the best I can!
Firstly, some video files do not play at all unless I pre-trancode them, and the second problem is that no audio files at all will play on my TV- I just get a no supported files message.
I am using the toshiba 2012 profile and not sure if this is causing the problem as the TV is 2013; although the other toshiba profiles do not seem to work at all.
    Thanks.

We may need to create a new device profile for this new Toshiba model. What we need from you is the following:

    • A set of logs. Turn on logging in Mezzmo (see http://forum.conceiva.com/showthread...nostic-logging) and restart your Mezzmo server. Connect to Mezzmo from your TV and browse some playlists/folders and play some files. Then stop your Mezzmo server and exit Mezzmo. Zip up all the logs and email them to us at support [at] conceiva [dot] com.
    • A list of video, audio, photo & subtitle formats that your TV supports. Check the TV's manual or web page for these details. The more information you can find (such as codecs, bitrates, sizes, etc.), the better help it will be to create the device profile. Email this to us at support [at] conceiva [dot] com.

Once we get this information, we will create the device profile for you to try.
