Default Transcoding problem with LG 47LE8500 and DTS

    Hi !

I'm trying to play a mkv video file coded with H.264/DTS but since LG TV's currently doesn't support DTS it needs to be converted to another sound format like Dolby Digital or AAC.

The problem is that I can't get transcoding to work with mezzmo. When I'm trying to play the video file, the TV only reports "Unsupported format".

Any ideas what may be wrong?

    Hi Lars,

Can you please send us an email with the FFmpeg information on one of those video files (in Mezzmo right-click on a file and use the "Get FFmpeg Information" command).

Also, I'd like to see a log file to work out what is going wrong. Can you please turn on diagnostic logging (see this thread: http://forum.conceiva.com/showthread...nostic-logging), then try to browse Mezzmo using your player, stop the server and send the logs to support (at) conceiva (dot) com, and I'll get back to you.
