Mezzmo Cyrillic subtitles

hello guys,
I set up Mezzmo 3.4.1.0 but it does not display correct bulgarian language i.e. cyrillic subtitles on my TV. I set bulgarian in every possible option for subtutles&fonts but subs are still displaying like a mix of random characters.
Could you please advise what am i doing wrong?

Hi Dnikolov,
Is your TV actually supporting encoding with Bulgarian language, and what code page is available,
for example it may support UTF-8, then usually BOM is required.
If all setting is correct, and subtitles are converted, then is possible the code is still wrong.
Please contact our "support AT conceiva DOT com" with full description, please also attach one of the external subtitle file for verification.
